Shipping Costs & Delivery Times

In view of the present situation with the Coronavirus (COVID-19), delivery times may be longer than usual. 

  • All orders are processed within 3-5 days.
  • The Free Shipping offer is available within Canada only, excluding the Territories (Yukon, NWT and Nunavut), Newfoundland & Labrador, Vancouver Island, or other select remote locations where market-established rural delivery fees may apply and will be evaluated on case-by-case basis.
  • At Miniso Online shop we will make efforts to begin delivering products as soon as reasonably practical, you understand and agree that there may be delays. Once your order is verified and your payment is approved, processing begins.
  • We're using Third party UPS as our deliver option. Every order will include a tracking number provide by UPS for you to tracking the package. Please note that UPS doesn't deliver to P.O Box.
  • The Rate charged for the shipping of customer order is base on the weight of order and the location customer provide before final checkout page, customer will be shown the cost of each shipping option.
  • We don't provide international shipping.
  • If customer did not receive a confirmation email or tracking number , please check your spam folder or contact our Miniso Online service at shopify@miniso.ca, we will be happy to assist you. 
  • We do not represent or warrant that the product will be shipped by the estimated date. As a result, if a delay arises and the estimated shipment is not met, we are not responsible for any damages that may occur due to the delay, nor shall we be obliged to provide any discounts, refunds or credits due to any such delays.
