Shipping Costs & Delivery Times
In view of the present situation with the Coronavirus (COVID-19), delivery times may be longer than usual.
- All orders are processed within 3-5 business days.
- The Free Shipping offer is available within Canada only, excluding the Territories (Yukon, NWT and Nunavut), PEI, Newfoundland & Labrador, Vancouver Island, or other select remote locations where market-established rural delivery fees may apply and will be evaluated on case-by-case basis.
- At Miniso Online shop we will make efforts to begin delivering products as soon as reasonably practical, you understand and agree that there may be delays. Once your order is verified and your payment is approved, processing begins.
- We're using Third party Canada Post as our deliver option with expedited service only. Every order will include a tracking number provide by Canada Post for you to tracking the package. Please be noted that for any orders with incorrect shipping address (ie. lacking Apartment Number; wrong PO Box No... etc), the shipment will be returned to us by default and we will refund only the product cost for you once our warehouse receives the shipment). If you want to edit the shipping address, please notify us at max 12 hours after placing the order, we will help you change into the correct address.
- The Rate charged for the shipping of customer order is base on the location customer provide before final checkout page. Please refer to this table below for our flat rate shipping fees from our warehouse in ON to different locations.

- We do not represent or warrant that the product will be shipped by the estimated date. As a result, if a delay arises and the estimated shipment is not met, we are not responsible for any damages that may occur due to the delay, nor shall we be obliged to provide any discounts, refunds or credits due to any such delays.
