- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- Your item must be in the original packaging.
- Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
- We do not accept refunds or exchanges on all our PPE products due to the sanitary nature of the goods. Our PPE products are CE certified and our PPE manufacturers are registered with FDA. PPE items are related to health and personal care, and we employ this policy to maintain the highest level of sanitary quality. Thank you for your understanding.
- ALL ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.
- FINAL SALE items cannot be returned for exchange or refunds. All returns and exchanges on manufacturer's defective electronics products must be presented with the original receipt and within 7 days from the date of purchase. MINISO reserves the right to deny any return/exchange based on the condition of the merchandise.
- Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
- If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your initial method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
